For contractors
Homeowners ready to book, one company per request
Live calls and certified web leads in your ZIPs, during your hours, up to your caps. Never shared with a competitor.
Why exclusive inbound calls
Shared leads put you in a race with three or four other companies who got the same name and number. By the time you call back, the homeowner is tired of the phone, or already booked.
An inbound call is different. The homeowner dialed, and you are the only company on the line.
- Live callers, not form fills
- Never shared or resold
- Your ZIPs, hours and daily caps
- A recording for every billed call
- Billing rules in writing before launch
- Pause or adjust any time
Calls and leads
Two ways to get customers
Exclusive live calls
A homeowner dials and your phone rings. One company per call, recorded, billed only when it meets the agreed rules.
Certified web leads
Form leads sold to one company only, each with a TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD, and one-to-one consent naming your company.
Radar alerts
A heads-up when a freeze, hailstorm or heat wave is about to hit your service area, so you can raise caps early.
The difference
Calls vs. shared leads
| Exclusive inbound call | Shared web lead | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets it | One company | Often 3–5 companies |
| Speed | Live, right now | Race to call back |
| Homeowner | Chose to call you | Filled a form, then gets flooded |
| Proof | Recording | Form data only |
| Best for | Urgent and high-ticket work | Research-stage projects |

Getting started
- 1
Tell us your rules
Trades, ZIPs, hours, daily caps, and where calls ring and leads post.
- 2
Agree billing
Price per qualified call or lead, and exactly what counts: duration, area and service match for calls; valid contact and certificate for leads.
- 3
Go live
Matching calls ring through in real time. You answer and book.
- 4
Tune with the Radar
Listen to recordings, flag bad calls in the agreed window, and raise caps when your area turns orange.
Apply to buy calls
Tell us where you work and what you can take. A person reviews every application and replies within one business day with availability and pricing for your market.
Price depends on trade, competition in your market and the call rules. How pricing works.
Contractor FAQ
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Terms go in a short insertion order. No setup fee for standard campaigns. Prepay or invoicing is agreed per account.
What counts as a billable call?
Usually a unique caller, in your area, asking for a service you provide, during your hours, past the agreed duration. Repeat callers in the dedupe window, wrong numbers and sales pitches aren't billed.
Can I dispute a call?
Yes. Flag it within the dispute window; we review the recording and credit calls that don't meet the rules.
Do you guarantee volume?
No honest network can. Volume depends on season, weather, your market and your price. We'll give you a realistic expectation first.
