Do Not Call Policy
How to stop calls or texts, and how we maintain our internal Do Not Call list.
Our policy
The Lead House LLC, doing business as HomeProRadar, maintains a written Do Not Call policy and an internal Do Not Call list. We route consumer-initiated calls and requests; we do not place cold telemarketing calls or robocalls to consumers. When you submit the Get matched form, only the one company named on the form may contact you, as described in the consent you gave.
How to opt out
- Tell any representative on a call that you don't want to be contacted.
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Email [email protected] or call (702) 786-0588 with the number to add.
Processing
We add numbers to our internal list promptly and honor revocation requests within the time required by applicable law. Requests remain in effect as required by law. Because independent service providers you spoke with are separate businesses, please also tell them directly if you want them to stop contacting you.
Partner obligations
Buyers and publishers must comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state laws and our internal list. Outbound follow-up by a buyer is that buyer's responsibility.
Training
Personnel who handle calls are informed about this policy and how to record DNC requests.
