California Privacy Notice
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and how to use them.
Scope
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes the personal information we collected in the past 12 months and your rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
Categories collected
- Identifiers: name, phone number, email, IP address.
- Commercial information: service requested and business relationship records.
- Internet activity: pages viewed and interactions, collected with consent where required.
- Geolocation (approximate): city/ZIP derived from phone number, IP or your input.
- Audio information: call recordings, where disclosed.
- Professional information: for business contacts (role, company).
Sources: you, your device, our call-routing and analytics vendors, and business partners. Purposes: as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Sale and sharing
When you call a number in our network, your call and related information are disclosed to the independent provider who receives it, and publishers or buyers may receive call-level information for billing and quality. Some of these disclosures, and advertising cookies, may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights
- Know/access the personal information we collected about you
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use it for purposes requiring this right)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out: (1) use Cookie settings in the site footer and turn off Advertising; (2) enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we treat it as a valid opt-out; and (3) contact us by phone or email below with the phone number you used, so we can apply the opt-out to call-related sharing.
How to submit a request

We will verify your request by matching information you provide against our records, and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once). An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission; we may still verify your identity.
